LAKITA CAMPBELL
Vice President
Lakita Campbell enjoys mentoring, educating and encouraging young women to become the woman they were created to be. Mrs. Campbell strongly believes, education, wisdom and knowledge is the key to living an abundant life.
Mrs. Campbell is the Vice President for the Girls In Charge mentor program. Also in her earlier career, Mrs. Campbell has worked in various health administration positions and worked as a substitute teacher for Broward schools. Mrs. Campbell is a licensed Health and Life insurance agent and is currently employed with Convey Health Solution on the Cigna Medicare Rx project as an enrollment agent and is an independent agent with Primerica.
Mrs. Campbell obtained her associates degree in health administration from City College, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, holds a Bachelors degree in Business administration from Everest University and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Adult education from Strayer University.
Mrs. Campbell is married and has three children.
TENNILLE JOHNSON
Director
Tennille Johnson is one of the directors of Girls In Charge, Inc., a girls mentoring program. She enjoys working with young girls and building their self-esteem. She strongly believes Each One, Reach One, and Teach One.
Ms. Johnson future goal is to open her own childcare facility. Ms. Johnson is a mother of two children.
Ms. Johnson is currently a teacher assistant at Seagull High School, and has been employed with Broward County School Board for eleven years. Ms. Johnson obtain an associate degree in Health Administration from ATI Career Training Center, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
MEI-LY NGUYEN
Director
Mei-ly Nguyen is one of the Directors for Girls In Charge, Inc. which is a mentoring program for adolescent girls. Ms. Nguyen enjoys mentoring, educating and encouraging young women to become all that they can be. She delights in seeing young women rise above and beyond their circumstances and situations to become all they can be.
Ms. Nguyen is a mother of three daughters and a grandmother of one grandson. Ms. Nguyen is the owner of an event planning business “Anointed Occasions & Special Events.
Ms. Nguyen is currently a mortgage manager at Bayview Financial, which is a company that helps homeowners save their homes. Ms. Nguyen has been employed in the real estate industry for over 14 years.
